I’m an avid runner who finds solace and presence through each stride. With a profound connection to the rhythm of My breath and the beat of my heart(and some good music), running isn't just exercise but a journey inward, a practice of mindfulness, and a celebration of the body's capabilities.

Through the discipline of training and the challenges of race day, I embrace running as a sanctuary— a place to tune out distractions, tune into the present moment, and inspire others to discover the transformative power of the sport. Not from but running towards freedom and bliss.
